UK-based MEMPRO Ltd. and US-based MemPro Materials Corporation have spent years researching and developing this new line of products to support global air quality. Using a patent-protected manufacturing process, we are able to offer the next generation of environmental emission control products.
Our first NOXFOX filters are for the small off-road engine (SORE) market. This market, comprising 30-40 million new engines each year, faces the global need to comply with air quality regulations coming from the Paris Agreement of 2015 and from 15 American states that will follow the intention of the California Air Resource Board (CARB) to create new emissions regulations, starting in 2020.
NOXFOX high-surface-area, catalytic filters fit within current small engine mufflers. Designed to be the most cost-effective, ready-to-use means of meeting air quality regulations, they use tiny amounts of platinum, palladium and rhodium—the workhorses in traditional catalytic converters.
